By using FastDrop (fastdrop.cc), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service

FastDrop provides temporary file hosting and sharing links. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use FastDrop to upload, share, or distribute content that:

• Violates applicable law
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• Contains malware, phishing material, or harmful code
• Exploits, abuses, or endangers minors
• Is intended to harass, defraud, or cause harm

We may remove content and restrict access when we believe these rules are broken.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you upload and the links you share. Keep backups of important files. FastDrop is not a permanent archive.

4. Availability & limits

Uploads, remote imports, storage, and downloads may be rate-limited or size-limited. We do not guarantee uptime, transfer speed, or retention period.

5. Accounts & admin access

Operator/admin tools are for authorized use only. Do not attempt to access private systems or bypass security controls.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastDrop and its operators are not liable for lost data, interrupted service, third-party claims, or damages arising from use of the site.
